I LOVE chocolate, sweet pies, and pastries more than most things in the world (that we eat)! Whilst surfing Pinterest I found a faux protein frosty shake that tasted DIVINE!
3/4 cup (6 ounces) almond milk or other unsweetened milk of your choice (coconut milk worked great)
3/4 to 1 cup of ice (crushed or cubed)
